Billy brings more than 25 years of experience across the oil and gas and environmental sectors, with deep expertise in environmental engineering, regulatory compliance, air quality, methane emissions, and project development. As President of BlueSky, he leads the company’s strategy, engineering direction, methane-abatement initiatives, and carbon project development, combining technical expertise, industry experience, and disciplined execution to transform complex environmental challenges into measurable, long-term value.

Chief Compliance Officer
Shawn brings more than 25 years of experience across the oil and gas industry, with deep expertise in occupational health and safety, regulatory compliance, environmental stewardship, and operational risk management. As Chief Compliance Officer, he leads BlueSky’s compliance strategy, field controls, safety oversight, and risk-management programs, helping ensure projects are executed safely, responsibly, and with the regulatory discipline required to deliver credible, high-integrity environmental results.

Chief Production Officer
Tony brings more than 35 years of experience in oil and gas production and field operations, with extensive expertise in well evaluation, production optimization, plugging and abandonment, contractor coordination, and field execution. As Chief Production Officer, he leads BlueSky’s operational and plugging activities, bringing decades of hands-on industry experience to ensure engineering strategies are translated into safe, practical, and efficiently executed field results.
Michael Harvey
General Manager
Michael is a Petroleum Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. His background includes production operations, well evaluation, field development, well remediation, plugging and abandonment, and end-of-life well strategy. As General Manager, he helps lead BlueSky's engineering, field operations, contractor coordination, and project execution from assessment through plugging and site restoration.
